About the AOMORI GOKAN Project
AOMORI GOKAN is a collaboration between five art museums and art centers in Aomori Prefecture. The project invites visitors in Japan and abroad to discover and immerse themselves in the world of art in Aomori.
The project seeks to promote cultural, economic, and educational development across the region by encouraging both local residents and tourists to explore the area.
This site is intended to become a platform that caters to a diverse range of travel experiences. It is updated regularly to feature exhibition schedules for all five venues, along with curated guides to explore additional art experiences near each museum.
